This is Jefferson Creek. It is fed by the snow from Mt. Guyot (Snow on the Mountains) and the mountains around it. It eventually flows into the Platt River which feeds the Missouri and then on to the Mississippi. I took this about 5 miles east of Jefferson, Colorado off of CR77.
